How do I download the digital paper dolls?
Links will be sent to the email that you entered during the checkout process. The far right column of your order will show the links you can use to download your digital paper doll files. It is a private link and will expire after 7 days, so we recommend getting your dolls downloaded as soon as you can. If you accidentally click on the name of the doll from the left column, no worries, it will just take you to the doll you ordered on our website. Go back and click the link from the column on the right.
How long does it take to get the vinyl paper dolls in the mail?
We will ship out your order as soon as we are able. Most orders arrive within 7 business days in your mailbox, depending on USPS deliveries.
What is the benefit of vinyl paper dolls?
Vinyl is a more durable material than paper. This helps the dolls endure regular wear and tear better during play. It will also survive a splash of water or spray of disinfectant better than paper would. However, they are not indestructible and reasonable care should be taken when playing with them.
How strong are the magnetic paper dolls?
All of the pieces included with the vinyl/magnetic paper dolls have full magnetic backing. We use the thickest magnetic backing available. This gives them the strongest adherence possible, while still allowing for the exchange of pieces during play. If you stack the pieces, they should all face the same direction to preserve polarity.
If my order never arrives, what do I do?
Please check your tracking number to see if it shows as delivered yet. Then contact us at orders@magragspaperdolls-com and we will see what we can do.
Can I get a refund?
There is no refund for digital downloads, due to the nature of the product. If you contact us at orders@magragspaperdolls-com before shipment of your magnetic paper doll order we can work with you to make things right. Everything else will be handled on a case-by-case basis.
Can I share these paper dolls with others?
You are welcome to purchase any paper dolls as gifts for others or invite them to play with the paper dolls you purchased. You are not, however, allowed to copy any products or dolls from our store regardless of purchase, vinyl or digital. You may not post [i.e. Pinterest], send or sell any copies, reproductions, or replicas of any products or dolls from our store publicly or privately. A digital download is for your personal use only.
Are the dolls safe for small children?
Many of the shoes and accessories are small pieces and are not recommended for play with small children. You assume all responsibility related to playing with our dolls.
When will I get my downloads?
If you just ordered digital paper dolls, you will get the links to download them as soon as your order is completed. If you ordered vinyl and digital paper dolls, you will get the links to download the digital paper dolls as soon as your vinyl paper dolls are shipped and your order is completed.
